We had a wonderful time in New York. The apartment was perfect for our needs - ideally located, clean, safe and well laid out. Our host met us on our arrival despite our flight being delayed and took time to show us around the apartment and explain everything to us. It was fantastic value for the location and amenities provided.
We would definitely book an apartment through New York Habitat again - our agent was extremely helpful and considerate - and we had a wonderful break. I would recommend New York Habitat to anyone wanting a break away in NY. We both look forward to visiting again!

The [Paris] apartment was fine, and as expected. The landlord was a very nice guy, and helpful and responsive when asked, but not intrusive. There are some very minor things that I would upgrade, but probably not worth making any fuss over, for example I would add a shower curtain to the open shower, just to keep water from splashing on the floor. I would also have a linen closet with extra towels etc, as Americans will generally want more than one bath towel and one hand towel. Once again, nothing worth fussing over, and these were provided gladly and quickly when asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NY Habitat again, and this unit in particular. [...] —

We very much would like to express our appreciation for the opportunity to spend a week in [the] apartment in Cap d'Ail. Everything went very well and the location was truly enjoyable. While there, we had several occasions when we drove a few minutes to Monte-Carlo to stroll along the streets and shop in some of the many fine stores; to dine at Le Louis XV, Le Cafe de Paris, and Zebra-Square; to visit the Musee Oceanographique; to take in a movie; to stumble upon a jazz performance at Moods Music Bar; and to attend a concert by the Orchestre Symphonique de Monte-Carlo.
When we journeyed west, we were rewarded with a day exploring Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Fondation, delighted by visits to the Chagall and Matisse museums in Nice, inspired by a full-day private cooking lesson [...] in Nice, and wonderfully satisfied with savoury Provencal cooking in several great restaurants. [...]
In particular, I would like to say thank you to [your agent] for his professionalism, and for his efforts in being prepared to accommodate us should our flights from Canada have been delayed. [...] [We] truly appreciated his willingness to do what[ever] was necessary.
Please also pass along our thanks to [the owner]. He was most gracious whenever we had to meet with him. He joyfully greeted us upon our arrival, assisted with our luggage, and made us feel quickly at home as he thoroughly explained all aspects of the apartment.
Once again, thank you for the opportunity. Should we return to Provence, as I expect that we will, we will certainly consider staying at [this apartment] again, should it be available.

Overall I liked the [East Village] apartment and the owners. The owners kindly acquired for me a microwave oven which I used daily. Among the things I was most impressed with was their excellent stereo system, their fast Wi-fi Internet connection, and their phone system by which local and long distance national calls were covered in one flat monthly fee. I also found their small sofa very comfortable. My greatest disappointment was the television reception. Although the apartment was not listed as having cable, a few cable stations were available, but reception of the local network stations was not good and that of my favorite, channel 13 (PBS), was abysmal. The temperature variations within their small refrigerator were a bit of a problem as was the lack of medium size pots and pans. However, I would recommend this apartment to others and would be willing to rent it again myself. —

The flat was good. The location [in London] was ideal for us - near shops, museums and transportation. It was clean, roomy enough and had three bathrooms. By no means luxurious, but perfectly decent. There was a little communication problem on the key drop-off, but the service overall was very good and polite (British, of course). I would recommend the flat and the service unreservedly.
